The Shimelle challenge I'm posting today was for us to create a page using a favourite sketch, well that was a mission, trying to decide which of the sketches I liked most. Watching all these videos again made me want to scrap through the night, in the end I decided to just pick one and went with this. Then when I started sticking things down I just didn't stop and it doesn't even look like the original sketch apart from the stamped chevrons that I had added. But isn't that the idea of a sketch to use it as a starting point?
Welcome to the UKS Spring BlogHop! I hope you are all enjoying some lovely spring weather. You may have come to me from JimJams blog and her stunning mini book. If you lose your way, or have dropped in on me directly and want to follow the hop, you can see the full list with all the links here . ETA Remember to comment on each blog and then go back to UKS and comment there to be in with a chance of winning a £25 voucher, I am offering a vine for commetners on this blog. It is important that you include your UKScrappers name in your comment. I have created a page with some handmade flowers, I was inspired by the beautiful Prima branches, as usual I looked at them and thought I bet I could make those. This was my first attempt and I'm pretty pleased with myself. Also on the layout you should spot a lovely voile flower, some tiny pearl flowers and a couple of blossoms made from scallop circle punches. Although the bought flowersand vines are beautiful if you need to use
