I started scrapbooking originally to get all my holiday photos out of their albums that never see the light of day and record my memories. This was the perfect place for me to begin with this crop, so I've added the personal challenge of using holiday photos. Boy have I been productive so far this weekend, the fabulous Cybercrop over on the Studio Challenges Blog has got me scrapping again. Each hour yesterday another project was posted, well with the best will in the world even the simplest pages take me longer than an hour. That's what is so great about this crop, I've got until the 4th September to get them all completed and uploaded. I've got a pile of started pages, some just waiting for photos and some waiting for 'something'. This is usually where I get stuck, deciding what the 'something' is. Here is one of the completed pages, it was the 3pm project, hosted by Ifa. I'm posting a bit out of order but its the order they were completed in. I loved this technique, one to use again.
Welcome to the UKS Spring BlogHop! I hope you are all enjoying some lovely spring weather. You may have come to me from JimJams blog and her stunning mini book. If you lose your way, or have dropped in on me directly and want to follow the hop, you can see the full list with all the links here . ETA Remember to comment on each blog and then go back to UKS and comment there to be in with a chance of winning a £25 voucher, I am offering a vine for commetners on this blog. It is important that you include your UKScrappers name in your comment. I have created a page with some handmade flowers, I was inspired by the beautiful Prima branches, as usual I looked at them and thought I bet I could make those. This was my first attempt and I'm pretty pleased with myself. Also on the layout you should spot a lovely voile flower, some tiny pearl flowers and a couple of blossoms made from scallop circle punches. Although the bought flowersand vines are beautiful if you need to use
