Craftwork Cards Competition & Creativity Boot Camp

With the World Cup about to start, those of us who don't follow football need something to occupy us. Craftwork Cards have come up with the perfect alterantive, a WAGS challenge. Each Friday a sketch will be published for you to make a card and and send a photograph in. As usual there will be some great goodies as prizes to the winning entry. There will also be some amazing offers each time England plays. (12th, 18th and 23rd June.) I received some of the Anglomania products this week, they are gorgeous, superb quality and I love the colours. I've even ordered some for my own personal use it really is that lovely. To illustrate my point here is a sneaky peek of the card I've made ready for this weeks challenge. You'll have to come back Friday to see it in full. Also on Friday the rest of the design team will have their take on the challenge over on the Craftwork Cards Blog.
Today sees the start of the Creativity Boot Camp I  signed up to. This has appealed to me to try and encourage me out of my comfort zone, Day 1 and I'm already stretched. The medium I want to improve is my photography, but I think this will naturally feed into my scrapbooking. This will probably be a journal or mini book of the experience. Todays prompt was ivory, I was sitting in the living room racking my brain. How do I photograph ivory, then I spied these:
and a close up, they are close enough to ivory aren't they?

I have fresh flowers in the house all the time and Lillies are my favourites, I don't know why but they make me smile. That's no bad thing.

Great shot!
Beautiful photographs! I especially love the last one. I've chosen photography for my medium, as well, but I'd also like to create a mini album out of the experience. Great minds think alike!
