March is done

If the weather keeps up like this I think my posting is going to fade into nothing. I LOVE IT! I lived in the Middle East for 15 years and even though I've been back 10 years I still hate not having nice weather. I am planning to tidy up my mess of a garden today and then just sit in it tommorrow. Not to neglect my crafting totally I have finished my March pages for the UKScrappers Document 2010 project. Even though there are only 3 completed months, this album is looking really good. Remember all the snow in January its great to look back on it, now the pictures look so pretty but I remember hating not being able to get out of the house. Here are my March pages.
Now to start April!

End of Summer Blog Hop

Hello to all you UK Scrappers blog hoppers, hopefully you have arrived from Ifa's blog, I have been a fan of Ifa's clean scrapbooking style, how lovely is that layout.  Well the project I made is another take on what you can do with the vines I featured on the last blog hop. Often you see these things and think 'well they are lovely but what will I do with it'. Scrapbooking supplies are not just for scrapbooking.  I bought a bargain frame from a 'cheap' shop and wanted to add a bit of va va voom to it.I thought it was wood so was going to paint and crackle it,, turning it shabby and planned to give it a vintagey theme. Well that went out the window when I realised it was plastic.   Plan B then, I painted it with Gesso to give it a bit of 'tooth' so that whatever I did would grip. Christmas Project

UKScrappers are hosting a project a day for Christmas.  Rememeber you have to do the following to be in with a chance of winning a prize: Visit the UKS Home Page every morning to see that days project click the link to get the tutorial.
