Chocolate chops & 10 card challenge

Here is this weeks scrapbook page for challenge 147 over on Pencil Lines. The photo on the page is not the best but it's a memory and it's one that makes me laugh. It's essential in every album of children to include one where they've smeared chocolate everywhere. This little boy is now 10 in a few more years it will definitely be one to roll out and show the girlfriend!


What a fun day we had yesterday at Craftwork Cards. 11 ladies took our 10 card challenge. I put a sneak peek on my blog yesterday, here are the cards, the ladies used the souffle coloours to make their cards and the were lovely. I think everybody had a good time, I certainly did.

End of Summer Blog Hop

Hello to all you UK Scrappers blog hoppers, hopefully you have arrived from Ifa's blog, I have been a fan of Ifa's clean scrapbooking style, how lovely is that layout.  Well the project I made is another take on what you can do with the vines I featured on the last blog hop. Often you see these things and think 'well they are lovely but what will I do with it'. Scrapbooking supplies are not just for scrapbooking.  I bought a bargain frame from a 'cheap' shop and wanted to add a bit of va va voom to it.I thought it was wood so was going to paint and crackle it,, turning it shabby and planned to give it a vintagey theme. Well that went out the window when I realised it was plastic.   Plan B then, I painted it with Gesso to give it a bit of 'tooth' so that whatever I did would grip. Christmas Project

UKScrappers are hosting a project a day for Christmas.  Rememeber you have to do the following to be in with a chance of winning a prize: Visit the UKS Home Page every morning to see that days project click the link to get the tutorial.
