I went to Sheffield Arena on 27th March to see Simply Red, how could I have forgotten to record that! What an amazing concert, Mick Hucknall's voice is incredible regardless of whether you like him or not. When an artist can get up and perform live and hold an audience the way he does that's talent. I would say that about anybody who can do that whether I like their music or not. I know most of his songs, but hadn't realised how much of my life I associate with the music. The two songs that really tugged my heart were Stars, the roar that went up when he began was incredible and brought everybody to their feet. Also Stay had me just mesmerised. I can still hear him singing and picture him in my mind two weeks later. I'm only sorry this is his last tour I would definitely be going again if there was another. These pictures were taken on my little pocket camera so I'm pleased with them, all ready to scrapbook in my March month.
