I have a lovely plum tree at the bottom of my garden and today the blossom on it finally opened. It's quite fragile and the first windy day or downpour it will all be gone.I managed to get an hour out there tidying everything up, all I need now are my hanging baskets and the garden centres to get their summer bedding plants in and Ill be set for summer. God I hope we get a lovely summer this year, I lived in the Middle East for 15 years and although I've now been back for 10 I really do miss the sun. I have full sun on my garden all day it just moves around, but the sun rises on my patio which allows me to have breakfast out there. I eat all my meals on the patio but for the last two summers this has not been possible. For the moment I'll admire this beautiful blossom that makes me smile.
Welcome to the UKS Spring BlogHop! I hope you are all enjoying some lovely spring weather. You may have come to me from JimJams blog and her stunning mini book. If you lose your way, or have dropped in on me directly and want to follow the hop, you can see the full list with all the links here . ETA Remember to comment on each blog and then go back to UKS and comment there to be in with a chance of winning a £25 voucher, I am offering a vine for commetners on this blog. It is important that you include your UKScrappers name in your comment. I have created a page with some handmade flowers, I was inspired by the beautiful Prima branches, as usual I looked at them and thought I bet I could make those. This was my first attempt and I'm pretty pleased with myself. Also on the layout you should spot a lovely voile flower, some tiny pearl flowers and a couple of blossoms made from scallop circle punches. Although the bought flowersand vines are beautiful if you need to use

I do love to see the blossom on the trees with a fab blue sky background - shame it doesn't happen very often, eh?
