I think I'm going to be bored with Christmas by the time it gets here, but at the moment I'm loving making Christmas cards. These little guys all nestled on the holly branch were just crying out to be coloured with my Copics. I used a different card stock to my normal Back to Basics from Craftwork Cards, which is a smooth surface. The card I used was a bit textured and a bit more absorbent. It worked OK but the smooth surface card is a lot easier to work on and doesn't bleed. I had stamped this twice and coloured both in but the other one bled so much I was tempted to rush it up to A&E.
Welcome to the UKS Spring BlogHop! I hope you are all enjoying some lovely spring weather. You may have come to me from JimJams blog and her stunning mini book. If you lose your way, or have dropped in on me directly and want to follow the hop, you can see the full list with all the links here . ETA Remember to comment on each blog and then go back to UKS and comment there to be in with a chance of winning a £25 voucher, I am offering a vine for commetners on this blog. It is important that you include your UKScrappers name in your comment. I have created a page with some handmade flowers, I was inspired by the beautiful Prima branches, as usual I looked at them and thought I bet I could make those. This was my first attempt and I'm pretty pleased with myself. Also on the layout you should spot a lovely voile flower, some tiny pearl flowers and a couple of blossoms made from scallop circle punches. Although the bought flowersand vines are beautiful if you need to use
