The challenge on Winter Wonderland's blog this week is Candy Cane Red and White. They also are hosting their first blog hop, it's worth going and having a look, there are some fabulous prizes on offer. I'm still coming to terms with making Christmas Cards only 4 weeks after Christmas, however this blog has great challenges and inspiration, if I make one card each week I will have enough by the time Christmas 2010 comes around. Here's my entry, the red and white candy cane paper was used on my background. I've thrown in a bit of blue as a contrast, I'm hoping that still counts,as its one of my favourite colour combinations.
Welcome to the UKS Spring BlogHop! I hope you are all enjoying some lovely spring weather. You may have come to me from JimJams blog and her stunning mini book. If you lose your way, or have dropped in on me directly and want to follow the hop, you can see the full list with all the links here . ETA Remember to comment on each blog and then go back to UKS and comment there to be in with a chance of winning a £25 voucher, I am offering a vine for commetners on this blog. It is important that you include your UKScrappers name in your comment. I have created a page with some handmade flowers, I was inspired by the beautiful Prima branches, as usual I looked at them and thought I bet I could make those. This was my first attempt and I'm pretty pleased with myself. Also on the layout you should spot a lovely voile flower, some tiny pearl flowers and a couple of blossoms made from scallop circle punches. Although the bought flowersand vines are beautiful if you need to use
